The home was built in the 1920s and overlooks the Wilshire Country
Club. For many years, it was owned by the Schweppes family who remodeled
to give the home a French influence. In the 1960s, it was sold to the
Australian consulate and then to the Canadian consulate. A group of women leaders in water and energy were guests of the Counsel General today for lunch and a discussion about opportunities for Canadian and California companies to partner on green tech projects. |
